Our Refund Policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy applies only to original purchases and does not cover items that have already been exchanged.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
While Kuevo-Liora is proud to offer complimentary shipping for orders, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
