Delivery Times

  • United States: 6 – 12 working days

  • Canada: 7 – 14 working days

  • Europe (including the Netherlands and Belgium): 7 – 15 working days

  • United Kingdom: 6 – 10 working days

  • Australia: 7 – 14 working days

  • Rest of the world: 10 – 15 working days

Please note: Delivery times may be affected during busy periods. All orders are shipped with tracked delivery directly from our warehouse within 24–48 hours of purchase.

Late or Lost Orders

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. Kuevo-Liora is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses, or for deliveries requested to neighbors or left in unsecured locations.

Countries We Cannot Ship To

At this time, we are unable to ship to:

Returns

We offer a 30-day exchange or refund guarantee, starting from the date of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs charges, import duties, or taxes.

We recommend using tracked shipping or obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for lost returns. Orders returned after the 30-day period will be sent back to the customer.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

Please review our Refund Policy for detailed instructions. To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn (except for trying on)

  • Items must include all original tags and packaging

  • Items not meeting these requirements are not eligible

Exchange Policy

You may exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unworn and returned in its original packaging. We will cover the cost of the first exchange from our warehouse. Any subsequent exchanges will incur additional delivery costs.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse. Please allow 7–14 days from the date of delivery for refunds to be issued. You will be notified once your refund has been completed.

Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@kuevo-liora.com. Include the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damaged item

  • Clear photographic evidence
